STEP 1. GETTING STARTED

Every project begins with a conversation. A phone consultation will be scheduled with one of our team members to gather basic information and discuss your home renovation goals.

This time will be used to review your expectations and desired timeline to ensure we are a good fit for your project.

Last, we will schedule a complementary in-home consultation with one of our Project Leads
STEP 2. COMPLIMENTARY IN-HOME CONSULT

We’ll meet with you in your home to discuss your design ideas, inspirations and clarify the scope of your project.

Our team will offer design suggestions and help determine how you would like your space to function and feel

Initial measurements, photos and notes will be taken to assist our team in creating your proposal
STEP 3. FEASIBILITY AND DESIGN PHASE

Once we have clarified any structural, electrical, plumbing and/or design needs, we will create your proposal and contact you to schedule a review date

This in person review allows us to confirm any details, specify project selections not included in the proposal, and answer any questions to assure no stone is left unturned before beginning your project.

Should you decide to move forward with DeGeorge, an accepted and signed contract will allow our Project Manager to schedule your tentative start date. Depending on the complexity of your job, additional meetings with vendors may also be scheduled before the start of your job (i.e. structural engineer, electrician, plumber).
STEP 4. Design & Material Procurement

You will be invited to use our cutting-edge project management software, Job Tread. This will provide you with a convenient centralized platform to stay informed and communicate with members of your team

We will guide and connect you with our trusted vendors to ensure any additional project selections not included in the proposal (fixtures, appliances, cabinets, tile, etc.) are ordered with enough lead time to start your project.

Virtual or in person Pre-Project meetings are available for our clients
STEP 5. Build Phase,
Completion & Warranty

During this stage, our team brings your plans to life by executing the approved designs with precision and care.

From structural framing to system installation, every detail is managed to ensure quality and efficiency. Regular site checks, progress updates and coordination with all trades help keep the project on track for timely completion
