We create lasting relationships with our clients, and pride ourselves by investing back into the community through children’s educational opportunities and sports teams.

Can I feel safe with your employees in my home?

Yes! Every employee is background checked with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (CORI) database; the same system used for running background checks on schoolteachers. Additionally, every employee is required to complete and pass a drug test before they can be hired. Due to the high standards we place upon our employees, we return their professionalism with a higher compensation than the industry standard to ensure your home is safe. Our employees are professionally trained to ensure that they complete the job on time, safely, and efficiently.  Community trust is important to us, so we happily to offer employment to folks who live in the towns we serve. For this reason we have been awarded "The Best of North Shore" Readers Award by Northshore Magazine.

Are my remodeling materials included in my quote?

No, unlike other general contractors, we do not include these items in your quote, nor do we add a general contractor fee for obtaining materials for you, a common practice in the industry. Instead, we can introduce you to local vendors whom we have long lasting relationships with. A list of these vendors will be provided to you with your contract. Should you choose to work with our vendors, you will pay them directly in order to control your own budget. If you choose to provide your own materials, we will happily work with those as well.

What is your payment schedule?

When you choose to work with us, we will outline your specific payment schedule in your contract. We require a deposit of one-third of the payment due upon signing. The second payment installment will be due after an initial inspection, and the last installment will be due after the final home inspection has been approved. We can provide you with loan assistance from your bank and with your insurance company for insurance claims. We accept personal checks and all major credit cards at a 2% credit card usage fee.
